🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be:
- Unworn & unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, and/or damage
- All returns & exchanges include free shipping within the U.S.
💸 Refunds
- All refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via store credit.
- Original shipping fess & taxes are non-refundable.
- Refund amounts exclude any discounts or promotions used when the items were purchased.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after your return is processed for the refund to reflect.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at customerservice@dirtybirdietx.com & include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, & the reason for your return/exchange.
- We will provide a return shipping label within 24-48 hours.
- Customers are responsible for return packaging.
