🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn & unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attached
    • Free from stains, odors, and/or damage
  • All returns & exchanges include free shipping within the U.S.

💸 Refunds

  • All refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via store credit.
  • Original shipping fess & taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refund amounts exclude any discounts or promotions used when the items were purchased.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after your return is processed for the refund to reflect.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at customerservice@dirtybirdietx.com & include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, & the reason for your return/exchange. 
  • We will provide a return shipping label within 24-48 hours.
  • Customers are responsible for return packaging.
